About the project:
In this chilling psychological horror short, Red Ink follows Jack, a morgue assistant with a disturbing obsession. Quiet, meticulous, and isolated, Jack’s fascination with anatomy runs deeper than professionalism — it’s ritualistic. As a concerned voicemail from a colleague plays over the evening, Jack’s twisted double life begins to unfold. Through flashes of violence and ritual, the story builds to a harrowing revelation: Jack is not just inspired by history’s most notorious killer… he sees himself as the one destined to carry on the Ripper’s legacy.
