Additional info:
Looking for actors of all ethnicities (especially BiPoc performers), all genders and gender identities, all ages and body types. The character descriptions are suggestions (other than where race is explicitly stated) and directors encourage actors to audition for any role that interests them.
For the auditions please prepare a song in the style of the show (uptempo contemporary musical theatre) and bring either a track or sheet music in the correct key. There will be a dance call.
Callbacks May 31st in the afternoon.
Rehearsals will begin on June 4th and generally take place Mon-Thurs 6:30-10:30 PM. Not every actor will be called to every rehearsal and we work around conflicts as long as they are listed in advance.
Performances August 15th-17th.

The energetic and street-smart diva who dreams of superstardom. Delores is a woman who is brash, bold, and full of life but grows into a more selfless, loving person through her journey. A strong singer and actor with comedic timing. Dance skills are a plus.
