About the project:
“I Praise You Proud Stranger” is an approximately 40-60 min long narrative feature film that tells the dramatic story of two intersecting lives of young artists living in Montreal.

This is a low-budget production.

Chava is an elusive writer attempting to write her imaginary lover into existence, blurring the boundaries between muse, creator, and subject in a haunting cycle of adoration and alienation. She conveys an ethereal, otherworldly quality, maintaining an aloofness to her deposition, with a quiet, contemplative nature.
