About the project:
In a quaint, town there is a unique homeless community called “Phoenix”. Its residents live in simple tents and shanties on a secluded piece of farmland, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. When homeless people begin to show up all over town holding intricate hand-painted signs adorned with unusual sayings, it catches the attention of a local newspaper reporter who sets out to investigate the meaning of the signs, and find the elusive homeless artist known only as “Sign Man”.

Shooting Late April/early May 2024 in Central Connecticut.
No sides will be provided. Please have either a drama or comedy monologue prepared (no longer than 2 minutes) to perform for your audition.
Please make sure you are well-lit and that the sound quality is excellent; slate using the character name you are auditioning for.
