About the project:
Carrie: The Musical is a powerful and haunting adaptation of Stephen King’s best-selling novel. With a gripping score and searing story, the show explores bullying, isolation, and the explosive consequences of cruelty.
Carrie White is a teenage outcast, struggling to fit in at school and oppressed by her fanatically religious mother at home. When a cruel prank at the prom pushes her over the edge, Carrie’s hidden telekinetic powers are unleashed in a night the town will never forget.
Featuring a high-energy pop-rock score and emotionally rich characters, Carrie: The Musical is both a cautionary tale and a celebration of self-expression, redemption, and what it means to belong.

– A contemporary musical theatre song in the style of the show.
– 1-minute dramatic monologue.
– Be ready for cold reads and light movement.
Rehearsals will be scheduled based on cast availability following the first read-through.
