Casting Promotional Model for Paid Upcoming Event in DC

Rate:
Performers receive competitive pay and may also receive tips. Pay ranges from $75-$100+ per event for performers.

Additional info:
The company is hiring part-time character entertainers of ALL ethnicities with outgoing personalities to portray characters from fairytales for parties, events, meet & greets, and more throughout Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.
Most of events are on weekends or in the evenings, so the directors highly encourage weekend availability, but the directors are flexible with your schedule! Character Performers receive the company’s exclusive training to learn character mannerisms, voice, and movement. The directors provide everything you need to make magic, including costumes, wigs, shoes, accessories, supplies, & even makeup and undergarments. Character appearances at parties typically run anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours; event appearances may vary.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Acting/theatre experience required
– Vocal proficiency for male performers is a plus!
– Improv/Dance/Movement experience a plus
– No visible tattoos or piercings (if any piercings other than ears, they must be removable)
– Likeness to fairytale character(s)
– Experience & enjoyment working with kids
– Occasional weekend availability – the directors can & will work with your schedule!
– Reliable transportation;
– Clean criminal background.
