Rate:
Salary Range: Cad 50,000, $36,983 to Cad $55,000 annually, 40,681 plus bonuses.

Note: This is a full-time, permanent, in-office role based in Calgary.
Roles and responsibilities include:
– Developing high quality written and visually engaging content on various platforms including: Blog Posts, Newsletters, Social Media Posts, Activation Content, etc.;
– Tailoring content to fit the brand voice and values of various clients;
– Populating monthly communications content calendars;
– Developing and uploading content and captions to fit different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.);
– Gathering, developing, repurposing and uploading social media content through various format types (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Posts, etc.);
– Creating visually appealing content that corresponds with a client’s individual brand identity and goals;
– Working alongside Gentle Lion Client;
– Managers to help amplify execution efforts;
– Analyzing and uploading metrics and creating monthly client reports;
– Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service environment;
– 1 to 3 years experience in a Content Creator or Project Manager role, ideally showcasing the ability to manage multiple writing projects at one time;
– Proficient with all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.);
– Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms), Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.), Design Platforms (Canva, Adobe, etc.);
– A background and understanding of various technology platforms (Asana, Harvest, Slack, Notion, etc.);

– A knack and keen eye for detail, spelling and grammar.
– The knowledge and understanding of setting boundaries through communication and feedback.
