Location: Toronto.
As a Creative Manager in Product department, you’ll have the chance to focus on the following:
Be responsible for all stages of creative projects: concept planning, design, development, and revisions;
Consult Sales team in RFP stage to secure new business, inclusive of prioritizing workload for custom mocks and presentations;
Manage reporting lifecycle, specifically during and post campaign support as incremental and client happiness being the end goal;
Monitor team effort, bandwidth, and work with team leads for high priority projects;
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed with troubleshooting and QA;
Maintain deep knowledge of Creative Products;
Consult Trading team with optimizations and recommendations based on KPIs as well as carry out post-campaign analysis to provide insights to share with Sales/Clients;
Work with Designer to create presentation and sales collateral to guide the Sales process and to service Clients with visual representations of their buy.
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years project management experience in an advertising agency, design studio or comparable creative department.
Previous people management experience
Proficient in MS Office, Google Apps.
Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with creative management platforms (Sizmek, Celtra, Innovid) and DSPs (Xandr, DV360, TTD).
Extremely detail-oriented, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of completion.
