The Social Media Content Strategist will be reporting to the Marketing Director. The Social Media Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across various digital platforms and overseeing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

How You Will Contribute:
– Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with company goals and target audience preferences.
– Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across multiple platforms, including social media channels, website, blog, and email newsletters.
– Collaborate with marketing, design, and internal teams to ensure content is consistent with brand voice and messaging.
– Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience to build relationships and foster community growth.
– Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and social media to continuously improve strategies.
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
– Utilize SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines and maximize visibility.
– Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.
– Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the digital landscape.
What You Bring To The Table:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Min of 3 years proven experience as a Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Proficiency in content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms (Social media management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics; and SEO: Google Keyword Planner, Moz, SEMrush)
– Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns across various platforms.
– Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is a plus.
– Must be Bilingual (English and Mandarin or Cantonese) with excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
