Rate:
Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $70,000, aprox. $51,559 – $90,000, aprox. $66,296.
The US base salary range for this position is USD $70,000 – $90,000. This range reflects base salary only, and does not include additional compensation or benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Contribute to and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Schedule and publish engaging content across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.
Monitor social media trends and leverage insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality, engaging graphics and video content tailored to each social media platform.
Collaborate within the organization to ensure content is informative, accurate, and aligned with our marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and engagement.
Measure and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience, blockchain and adjacent experience preferred.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and video editing software.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
Knowledge of the blockchain and technology sector.
Bonus: Active on crypto twitter and can speak to trends, who’s who in the space, and common terminology.
Bonus: Experience managing YouTube channel and analytics tracking.
