About the project:
The holiday classic soars off the screen in this musical adaptation of the beloved 1964 television special. Filled with holiday hits like “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” and “A Holly Jolly Christmas,” Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer features all of your favorite characters, including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius,s and, of course, Rudolph.

Prepare a one-minute Broadway selection using an instrumental (karaoke-style) track, played from a digital device (e.g., phone).
In addition to your chosen song, you will be asked to sing scales that match the vocal range of the character(s) you’re auditioning for. If you’re unsure how to do this, don’t worry-directors will guide you through it.
Select roles will read dialogue from the script. use of character voice(s) is encouraged during your reading. Readings are attached.
To help with preparation, directors recommend watching the 1964 Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer animation as a reference for tone and character style.
