Seeking a passionate and dynamic community manager to join the volunteer team. This role is crucial for nurturing and growing our community across various platforms, including social media, discord, and YouTube comments. The community manager will be the voice of the channel, engaging with audience, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment where creativity and interaction flourish.Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community across social platforms, Discord, and within YouTube comments. Monitor and moderate conversations to ensure a respectful and constructive community dialogue. Create and schedule regular content, such as updates, teasers, and interactive posts, to keep the community engaged and informed. Collect and report community feedback to the production team to help shape future content and improvements.Organize and manage community events or live Q&A sessions to increase engagement and channel loyalty. Collaborate with the production team to highlight community content, questions, and feedback in our videos.Requirements: Strong communication skills and a knack for writing engaging content. Experience managing communities on social media platforms, Discord, and YouTube. Ability to moderate discussions, ensuring they are respectful, inclusive, and align with our community guidelines.
