About the project:
SIX: TEEN EDITION is a full-length adaptation of Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss international phenomenon SIX, modified for performance by teen actors for family audiences.
Divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived. From Tudor Queens to Pop Icons, the SIX wives of Henry VIII take the mic to remix five hundred years of historical heartbreak into a Euphoric Celebration of 21st-century girl power! This new original musical is the global sensation that everyone is losing their head over.
Additional info:
During the audition you will have the opportunity to sing a 32-bar or 60 second cut of a song of your choice that shows off your best performance skills. You will also have the opportunity to learn a dance combination from choreographer. After everyone has had the opportunity to sing and dance, actors will be asked to cold read with show material.
Everyone should plan to stay for the full time. however, you may be dismissed early if the directing staff is confident they have what they need.
During your audition, make an impression on the directing staff by showing off your best self while having fun!
This cast will be limited to 12 participants six for cast A and six for cast B. If you are cast, you will receive an email notice with a private invitation to enroll to participate in the production with additional information.
Note: there is a participation fee.
